Day 196 of #365 Creative #Ideas to do with your kids: Find a sunny spot such as a windowsill and you’ll be surprised how much you can grow. Plant herbs, carrots, or anything that is easy to grow in recycled tins and containers. Create a garden in pots in a courtyard or plant a row of pots with sunflowers. Alternatively, you could decorate a wooden trellis with hanging pots on a balcony or deck. Or even if you just nurture and grow one sunflower pot, it is a great experience for kids to look after their own plant!
